Last night, I went for my second night drive, and let me tell you—it was nerve-racking! But then I realised, whether it’s driving, managing finances, or investing in property, the key is being in control.

Yesterday, my dad and I were working on U-turns, and today it was three-point turns. My dad kept reminding me how important it is to stay in control. It hit me: driving is a lot like life, and especially like property investing or handling finances. 🚦

- In both driving and investing, one mistake can be costly. Just like accelerating too quickly in the car, making rash financial decisions can put you at risk.
- You always need to know where you’re going. Just like I had to be aware of the rear of my car and its direction, in investing, knowing your end goal is crucial—whether that's buying your first investment property or securing financial independence.
It's all about the journey and staying on the right track, right?
So, as I continue my driving journey (only 118 more hours to go!), I’m taking that lesson to heart—whether behind the wheel or managing my finances, it’s all about staying in control and heading in the right direction.
